Hi all

Here we are, less than a week away from a rather special Co-ordinated
Listening Event, our 167th.
This will be quite a challenge, but we like challenges, don't we?
It's a 'Normal' CLE:

Days: Friday 22 Feb. - Monday 25 Feb.
Times: Start and end at midday, your LOCAL time
Range: 270.0 - 319.9 kHz (but NOT DGPS beacons)

BUT - a very wide frequency range and - yes - it does include most of the
DGPS frequencies. We are listening only for 'NORMAL' NDBs - the turn for
our seventh DGPS CLE will come! We last searched for NDBs on these
frequencies in CLE148 (October 2011).

We shall all have at least one end of the range for some comfortable
listening, but the main challenge will be to find the Morse signals among
all those DGPS noises. REU and RNA each show that over 200 normal
NDBs have been reported in the range since the start of last year and there
are several to be heard 'down under' as well.

Please look out for the 'Final Details', which as usual will follow about
two days before the start.
