(If I don't have an accurate Lat./Long. for some listeners, their
distances above may be a few km in error. Also, a few NDB
locations are not known with high accuracy.)
13 of the 21 listeners also took part in the September 2009 CLE.
You will find the table comparing statistics THEN and NOW
at the end of the Excel tables.
Their average distance to the NDBs they logged increased a little - to
nearly 1,300 km (we get a very high average in this frequency range)
- but the other overall averages fell by about 10%.
Individual and average results are also shown for the other 8 listeners.
I have just about completed my upgrade from an old Windows 98 desktop using
slow dial-up to a Windows 7 Laptop with broadband. Quite a battle for an
old timer!
The harvester programs have survived, but do let me know if anything seems
to be wrong with anything in the results.
The Rest of the World results should be completed later today.
Good listening
Brian
