Times: Midday - Midday, your local time
Frequencies:
NDBs from 150 - 239.9 kHz
PLUS Normal NDBs on 'half-way' frequencies (nnn.5 kHz)
 
Away from Europe the frequencies below 240 kHz are mostly quite busy with
NDBs . There are hardly any in Europe, but listeners there might hear some
DX from North America, etc.
 
The normal NDBs (not DGPS please) which have nominal (published)
carriers on 'half-way' frequencies (e.g. 333.5 VOG, 359.5 CDN and
433.5 HEN) are scattered across Europe but there are not many of them
elsewhere. These half-frequencies give comfortable QRM-free listening
and probably some good catches as a result.
In North America, East and West coasters might also hear a few DX ones.
 
We last used these 'rules' for CLE119 in July 2009 and CLE102 in Feb. 2008.
 
Please look out for the full and final details about two days before the
CLE.
